SHIPPING

  • We do ship our products worldwide and all packages are shipped very discreetly.
  • We give you tracking immediately we confirm payment.
  • Our organization name or anything else that would imply Cannabis contents of the package may not be used in our shipments.
  • Packaging types can be changed constantly to achieve max delivery success!
  • We usually ship in soft toys, video cassettes, dolls. We wrap items in carbon photo paper. An X-ray will not penetrate to avoid customs checks and any form of security check that might stop the delivery of your products.

  • Package sizes are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment Handling charge).
  • We also reuse original cardboard boxes for packing different products that fit in (because we are an ecological oriented company and because this way there is more possibility to deliver successfully)
  • Shipments can be sent from various shipping points and different European countries depending on the availability of the product.
  • We do ship to PO Box. We do not ship directly to the APO address. Clients are free to make final decisions on this. We advise you to take security as a prime priority. Please leave the shipping address in the comment line of each order. This way you will have a 99% delivery success.
  • If you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be canceled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 60 days).
  • NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make the necessary orders a change before payment is made.

The most important thing in this business is Delivery, SMART BUDS ONLINE offers Guaranteed delivery to your doorstep without any issues with customs, we use UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ship your orders in extremely discreet plain brown and white boxes, very tightly sealed. The discreet plain brown and white boxes do not mention the contents of the box or who they are from. We also ship to UPS pick up locations where you can pick your product up, PO Box addresses, and APO addresses (Army Post Offices).

We ship throughout the United States and Europe without any issues and we have warehouses nationwide and in Ukraine, Europe so that your products arrive at you much faster wherever you are.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order with us you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your item(s) are out of stock we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.

All of our orders ship the same day or within 1 business day. We will send you a tracking number within 24 hours of your package leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address that you provided during checkout. We Prefer Western Union, Money Gram, and Ria Money and Bitcoin because Payment is confirmed immediately, with Bank transfer payment is confirmed after 3 to 5 working days.

 

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day.

EXPRESS ORDERS: Overnight Express and 2-Day Shipping orders are shipped out the same day if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will ship out the following business day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally for the best service and rates. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by country. All prices include express shipping + duty paid, so that total cost reflected is for door-to-door delivery with duty paid and handled by us directly. To be clear, this means that the total cost of shipping and duty is the full amount to cover all shipping and duty costs associated with your order. There is nothing else for you to pay.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
